most of these are set pre-Iron Man, but one it's post-Iron Man 2. from canon evidence pre-Iron Man Tony was kind of a huge douche but I refuse to believe he didn't have some redeeming qualities, or Pepper wouldn't have fallen for him. this fic is pretty much my feelings on that.

there's also a lot of SOUP in this fic, which I guess goes back to Parks & Recreation and how it convinced me that bringing somebody chicken soup is the greatest declaration of love known to mankind.

this ended up being more complex and less PWP-ish than I intended. it's mainly Natasha finding it hard to adapt to working in a close-knit group. also contains a lot of feels about Steve Rogers being the best team leader ever. and finally some Bruce/Natasha sexytimes, go me.

notes: one of the things i loved the most about Scarlett Johansson's performance as Natasha (hint: i love EVERYTHING about it) is how easily conveys relationships without much text to support her. the few line she has with Coulson speak volumes. and so I wanted to write fic about Natasha and Coulson and then it turned into this (with Tony Stark showing up because clearly I have issues) and I just love Natasha a whole lot, okay?

notes: I DON'T EVEN KNOW. I can only apologize for this. This is mainly CRACK and drivel and it kept changing its mind as I wrote it. At first it was going to be about STEVE AND WOMEN, because mmm, there's so much there. But then it wanted to become about the not-so-epic epic love story of Steve and Maria Hill (I swear if Captain America 2 is not about them I will scream). And then it became about STEVE AND NATASHA TRAINING TOGETHER AND BEING BFFs because that should obviously happen. The fic decided to change its mind once more and became mainly about Tony wanting to remake The 40 year old virgin with Steve and getting everybody in the Avengers on board because Tony would do that, so about 40% of this drivel is OMG STEVE AND TONY ARE SUCH GOOD FRIENDS feels.
